Joe Bloggs has just connected to the Flat Rate Plan.
His billing period is the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.
There is a Standard Connection charge of $39.95. Joe has then been charged a partial Flat Rate access charge for the remainder of the first month and then the full Flat Rate access charge for the next full month.
