Scenario:

• Joe Bloggs is on the Flat Rate Plan
• His billing period is the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.
• He has already paid his $39.95 Flat Rate charge for the month of 10th April to 9th May.
• During the month Joe changes to the NZPlan. He connects for 22 session for a total of 9.5 hrs, (9 hours and 30 minutes).
• The bill shows a Disconnect of Flat Rate access which is a credit for the remainder of the month as Joe will now be charged under the NZPlan.
