Scenario:

• Joe Bloggs is on the Advance10 Plan.
• His billing period is the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.
• Joe is charged the Advance10 access charge of $10 for the month. The bill shows the usage charges where Joe has connected for 1 session of 2.78 hrs, (2 hours and 47 minutes).
• The bill also shows an Advance10 time credit which illustrates the total amount that Joe has used within his Advance10 charge. In this case he has used $6.94 during the month. However, when connected under an Advance Plan you do not receive a credit for the hours that you do not use.
