Scenario:

• Joe Bloggs is on the Advance10 Plan.
• His billing period is the 10th of each month to the 9th of the following month.
• Joe has already paid his $10 Advance charge for the month from 10th April to 9th May.
• During this month Joe dials up and changes to the NZPlan. He connects for 22 sessions for a total of 15.56 hrs, (15 hours and 34 minutes).
• There is an Advance10 Time Credit for the 10 hours used on the Advance Plan. There is also a Disconnect of Advance10 access charge of $4.52, which is a credit for the remainder for the month. Because Joe has changed plans and will be billed for the rest of the month under the NZPlan.
